Dustin is the owner and founder of Three D’s Marine, Inc. After almost 15 years experience working in the Marine & Industrial industry, Dustin started Three D's Marine, Inc. in 2017 as a way to continue working in the industry that he is most passionate about by providing exceptional service to our customers.

Apryl is the office manager for Three D's Marine, Inc. She began working for the company in 2021 bringing over a decade of experience in office procedures including billing processes, invoicing, reconciling accounts, maintaining organized financial records and providing outstanding customer service.
Ali has been in the industry since 2008, standing out as a top-notch employee in all aspects. His family has been involved in this industry for many years and he has followed in their footsteps learning the trade inside and out. In 2020, Three D's Marine, Inc. was glad to bring Ali onto the team as a general laborer and he quickly exceeded expectations to move up to Site Supervisor in 2022. Ali continues to educate himself in this trade and brings a great skill set for future TDMI employees as a prime example of how to achieve growth within the company.
