My name is Dustin Cunningham, and I am the owner and founder of Three D's Marine, Inc. I started my career learning this trade at the young age of 16 while working for West Coast Marine Cleaning, Inc. I was not old enough to venture out to job sites, so I was tasked with ground maintenance around the shop, landscaping and washing/decontamination of fleet vehicles & equipment. Aside from that I continued learning the operations of the trade.

Once I turned 18, I was placed into a general laborer position on job sites for WCMC. Over the next few years, I ventured off learning other industry trades while still working as a part-time laborer for WCMC. During this period, I gained significant life and job skills while traveling and working in various other industries. Although I loved learning other trades, I returned back to WCMC where my true passion lies.

By 2008, I was 22 years old and at this time I worked my way up to a higher position as site supervisor/project manager where it changed my overall perspective. I gave 100% commitment to the company I cherished and dedicated myself to become a valuable asset to the company. During this phase I was able to build customer/vendor relations and job/personnel management skills.

In 2014, WCMC was sold to a larger company which quickly made drastic changes to the overall operations and structure of WCMC which did not sit well with me based on my experiences at WCMC.

On January 1st, 2017, I launched Three D's Marine, Inc. and promised myself that I would build a full career, supplying marine and industrial services to my customers with top notch service through the U.S. I strive to exceed our customers' expectations as needed, we listen and respond. I strongly believe in staying humble (as they say "humility is the solid foundation of all virtues"). There is always a solution to a problem - it just takes the right team to provide the resources and time to make it happen, and that is what Three D's Marine, Inc. is here for.
